A Head of Commercial, SEA opportunity to drive growth across Southeast Asia within a complex industrial solutions environment has become available. This role oversees sales and service performance across multiple sectors, leading strategic initiatives, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue and margin expansion in a fast-evolving regional market.

You will lead and execute regional commercial strategies across Southeast Asia, overseeing both sales and service operations within an industrial solutions environment. This role focuses on delivering profitable growth, strengthening market presence, and enhancing customer lifecycle value through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and implement regional sales and service strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and service teams across multiple markets
  • Drive consultative, solution-based selling for complex and long-cycle projects
  • Build and expand relationships with key industry players including large EPCs, OEMs, and strategic clients
  • Manage and strengthen channel partner networks to ensure effective market coverage

Strategy & Execution

  • Translate regional business objectives into actionable market plans with clear performance metrics
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM effectiveness
  • Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning strategies
  • Ensure disciplined pricing strategies and strong commercial governance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to align delivery capabilities with customer expectations
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to tailor solutions and influence product direction
  • Collaborate with finance and service teams to improve profitability and lifecycle value

Service & Customer Excellence

  • Drive growth in service and aftermarket offerings, including maintenance and retrofit solutions
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through strong service delivery

People Leadership

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Build talent pipelines and support capability development across teams
  • Promote engagement, inclusion, and alignment across regional teams

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in strategic and consultative selling within industrial or technical B2B environments
  • Proven track record managing regional teams and distribution or partner networks
  • Experience working with complex stakeholders such as OEMs, EPCs, and industrial clients
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, margins, and business performance
  • Deep understanding of Southeast Asia industrial sectors (e.g. oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, data centres)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision making
  • Willingness to travel across the region
