What you'll do:

As a Sales Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal role in managing indirect trade field sales as well as distributor operations within your assigned areas. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with your team to achieve ambitious sales targets while expanding product distribution across various retail environments. You will be entrusted with tracking area performance metrics, identifying new opportunities for growth, proposing actionable solutions to close gaps, and ensuring all customer databases are meticulously maintained. Regular engagement with distributors forms a core part of your role; you will support them through business reviews, help them achieve sales incentives, monitor inventory levels, propose stock orders when needed, and resolve any operational issues that arise.
