- Negotiate commercial terms, promotional activities, product assortments, and visibility opportunities to optimise profitability for all stakeholders involved.
- Identify new avenues for growth by analysing market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to recommend actionable strategies that drive revenue.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closely monitoring sell-in and sell-through performance across assigned channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute impactful product launches, promotions, and campaigns that resonate with target customers.
- Ensure outstanding in-store visibility through effective merchandising standards while supporting omnichannel initiatives that enhance customer engagement.
- Prepare comprehensive business reviews, performance reports, and strategic presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners alike.

- Advanced analytical skills are necessary for interpreting complex data sets; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is expected.
