What you'll do:

As Regional Sales Manager, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of the general trade channel by driving strategic initiatives that enhance product distribution and visibility.   • Participate actively in demand forecasting processes over rolling 13 periods to ensure accurate alignment between supply chain operations and market needs.
  • Drive achievement of distributor objectives related to reach, frequency, call effectiveness, and retail performance standards across all assigned accounts.
  • Implement cost-efficient distributor models that balance operational excellence with financial sustainability for both the company and its partners.
  • Oversee the execution of Picture of Success guidelines in-store, ensuring consistent merchandising standards across all outlet types serviced by distributors.
  • Plan allocation and deployment of Point of Sales Materials (POSMs) to support impactful brand communications throughout the region.
  • Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of distributor-led in-store promotions while managing trade promotion funds responsibly.
  • Maintain up-to-date distributor profiles and fact books; develop, implement, and review robust business plans and scorecards for each partner.
  • Manage trading terms including collections/receivables, pay-for-performance incentives, trade communication plans, pricing strategies, profit targets, ROI analysis, recruitment policies, manpower planning, training initiatives, performance management systems, talent management processes, organisational development interventions, knowledge sharing systems, tool evaluations, relationship building with sub-distributor owners.
