What you'll do:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies designed to achieve mutually agreed objectives with major retail pharmacy accounts.
- Implement effective sales plans that contribute to the overall development of marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution initiatives.
- Maintain strategic business relationships by delivering consistently high-quality service levels to customers and negotiating sales agreements with both existing and new clients.
- Provide ongoing support to high-value clients by identifying their needs through detailed analysis of sales gaps and developing targeted strategies to address these opportunities.
- Serve as a vital liaison between clients and internal departments such as supply chain management, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge as well as an in-depth understanding of client businesses to offer tailored solutions that meet specific requirements within the retail pharmacy landscape.
- Oversee daily sales support activities including planning in systems, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching sales strategy.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives on technical aspects of products, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, sales techniques, procedures, and standards required to achieve set targets.
- Monitor performance across branches or regions by reallocating resources as needed to improve results while providing supervision through field visits, observation, measurement of outcomes, performance appraisals, and salary reviews.

- At least two years’ proven managerial experience with demonstrated ability in trade marketing is preferred.
