What you'll do:

By monitoring business performance closely and collaborating across departments such as Trade Marketing or Sales Planning & Operations, you will proactively address gaps or seize new opportunities.   • Develop and implement Joint Business Plans that are closely aligned with the overall commercial strategy as well as specific customer priorities, ensuring mutual success.
  • Deliver account performance targets by monitoring revenue, volume, market share, and gross margin metrics while consistently striving for improvement.
  • Lead customer planning initiatives including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and new product launches to maximise visibility and sales.
  • Drive excellence in retail stores by guaranteeing product availability, optimal assortment, and high-impact visibility for all assigned accounts.
  • Manage trade investments within approved budgets by carefully tracking expenditures and ensuring compliance with organisational guidelines for strong return on investment.
  • Build and nurture robust relationships with key customer stakeholders through regular business reviews and open communication channels.
  • Monitor business performance continuously to identify gaps or opportunities for growth; collaborate with Trade Marketing, RMG, Sales Planning & Operations, distributors, and other teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Translate commercial strategies into actionable customer plans that deliver tangible results while maintaining alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external regulations by maintaining meticulous records and adhering to best practices.
  • Champion cross-functional teamwork by sharing insights and supporting colleagues in achieving shared goals.

  • Experience in Key Account Management or handling Modern Trade/Off-Trade accounts is highly advantageous for understanding retail dynamics.
  • A deep understanding of the retail landscape coupled with awareness of market dynamics enables effective customer management.
  • Knowledge of Joint Business Planning processes as well as basic category management principles supports strategic decision-making.
