What you'll do:
As National Sales Manager Indirect Trade, you will play a central role in steering the sales operations of Indirect Trade WM. - Oversee all sales operations for Indirect Trade WM by developing and implementing effective distributor management strategies that support business growth.
- Deliver business KPIs including Net Sales, GTN, Distribution targets, and campaign execution by managing operating plans and annual budgets.
- Utilise data analytics in partnership with customer marketing teams to identify business insights and opportunities for both short-term wins and long-term success.
- Ensure the field operation teams execute the 5P Plan effectively at local levels to build customer engagement and increase shopper conversion rates.
- Enhance brand relevance by influencing customer marketing initiatives and POSM development to improve visibility and market penetration.
- Enforce policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance with reporting requirements while supervising timely submission of forms or reports.
- Proactively seek ways to improve field execution excellence as well as operational efficiency through continuous process optimisation.
