  • Manage trade promotional budgets and allocated funds to generate profitable sales mixes while addressing variations versus budget forecasts for your assigned region.
  • Initiate, develop, execute, and evaluate promotion strategies in collaboration with customers according to annual sales, marketing, and category plans.
  • Apply business management and analysis tools such as PTCS and SPO consistently to ensure total responsibility for assigned trade promotion funds.
  • Engage in daily customer interactions and business-building activities to achieve sales targets within budget constraints while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Direct and motivate teams of merchandisers and promoters to deliver in-store execution aligned with agreed business plans, fostering teamwork and shared objectives.
  • Establish strategic cross-functional relationships through regular dialogue with customers at various levels of experience to drive mutual success.
  • Implement trading terms, joint business plans, quarterly business reviews, financial viability analyses, and trade pricing strategies tailored to customer needs.
  • Contribute actively to the growth and operating results of the company by developing business in direct accounts through effective negotiation and market knowledge.
