By collaborating with product management teams on Sales and Marketing plans, you’ll ensure smooth execution of initiatives that drive both revenue growth and brand presence. Your ability to anticipate inventory needs and correct shortfalls further supports operational efficiency. Adherence to ethical standards is paramount as you contribute to ad-hoc projects that advance organisational goals.
- You will manage aggressive sales growth targets with assigned key accounts across the pharmacy channel, ensuring consistent achievement of objectives.
- You will be responsible for driving profitability and sustainable growth within your portfolio of key accounts by implementing effective strategies.
- You will develop key accounts through joint business planning and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives that enhance brand visibility.
- You will conduct negotiations with assigned customers, implementing trade promotion cycle strategies that maximise value for both parties.
- You will achieve high brand visibility and full distribution of the organisation’s product portfolio in all assigned key accounts through collaborative efforts.
- You will lead quarterly business reviews with key accounts to build rapport, obtain market insights, and strengthen long-term relationships.
- You will manage total trade spend within assigned accounts, ensuring investments are targeted effectively to deliver optimal returns.
- You will monitor promotional effectiveness by analysing ROI data and adjusting plans as needed to ensure continued success.
- You will guide sales force effectiveness by setting tasks for the sales team, maintaining high professional standards, and ensuring sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- You will collaborate closely with product management teams to build comprehensive Sales and Marketing plans that guarantee seamless execution.

Effective communication skills ensure seamless collaboration across departments as well as productive negotiations with clients. You demonstrate reliability by proactively managing inventory levels and anticipating potential shortfalls. Compliance is second nature; you consistently uphold ethical standards while participating in cross-functional projects that drive organisational progress.
