In this exclusive interview, Kimberlyn shared the challenges in the workforce today; highlighting that the appetite for candidates has changed drastically overtime, from the traditional motivation to work in an MNC a decade ago to the willingness to join start-ups & SMEs now. 

She also discussed challenges faced by companies in their quest to hire international talent and how the team at Robert Walters play a considerable role in helping Asian companies overcome such challenges through tapping into their extended network of candidates.
