- Manage and strengthen relationships with key retail partners, including specialty retailers and major multi-brand stores, to maximise brand visibility and sales performance.
- Lead annual business planning processes, negotiating commercial terms, promotional activities, product assortments, and joint business objectives with retail partners.
- Identify new growth opportunities within the market by analysing sales trends, consumer insights, competitive activity, and emerging industry developments.
- Drive the execution of impactful product launches, marketing campaigns, promotions, and omnichannel initiatives in close collaboration with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-through performance across assigned channels, using data-driven insights to optimise inventory levels, stock health, and profitability.
- Prepare regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic presentations for internal stakeholders to inform decision-making and highlight achievements.
- Work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Finance, Retail Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans and alignment on key priorities.
- Support the coaching, development, and motivation of team members by providing guidance on best practices in brand management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
