What you'll do:

- Prepare for and conduct customer negotiations on matters such as new product launches and shelf management, ensuring timely resolutions that benefit all parties involved.
- Lead your team in delivering on overall mission and goals by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and support while building mutual business value with customers.
- Oversee pre- and post-evaluation of marketing activities to refine strategic initiatives in line with customer investment strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiencies through close collaboration with internal teams, ensuring excellent execution at ground level.
- Champion best practices in stakeholder management by maintaining open lines of communication with all relevant parties.
What you bring:
To excel as Group Key Account Manager (FMCG), your background should reflect substantial experience in sales roles within direct trade channels ideally spanning over eight years with demonstrated responsibility for managing significant accounts. Your academic credentials should include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration or commerce.
