  • Lead the development and execution of local brand strategies while thoughtfully adapting global frameworks to meet specific market needs in Malaysia.
  • Translate deep consumer and market insights into actionable marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning and long-term growth plans for each product line.
  • Design comprehensive annual campaign plans, including communication calendars and activation schedules that span ATL, BTL, digital, and shopper marketing channels.
  • Drive excellence in campaign execution by collaborating with sales, trade marketing, and agency partners to ensure seamless delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Analyse portfolio performance regularly to identify optimisation opportunities and spearhead innovation initiatives in partnership with the Commercial Innovation team.
  • Oversee new product launches from concept through execution by working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry.
  • Support the sales team in expanding presence within the food service channel through new product lines, SKU expansion, and tailored marketing toolkits.
  • Manage the brand A&P budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI across all media investments and brand activities while tracking key performance indicators.
  • Mentor and develop a talented local marketing team by fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high achievement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, senior management, external agencies, and other key partners to align objectives and maximise results.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within diverse teams is important for success.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary for interpreting market data and optimising campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience leading teams with a focus on talent development and fostering an inclusive culture is expected.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian market dynamics and consumer behaviour will enable you to tailor strategies effectively.
