What you'll do:
As a Senior Brand Executive Fast Moving Consumer Goods in Malaysia, you will be entrusted with managing several prominent brands by developing robust marketing strategies that span traditional media (ATL), digital platforms, and influencer networks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve crafting detailed marketing plans tailored to each brand’s unique positioning while overseeing the execution of multi-channel campaigns designed to boost visibility and engagement. You will work closely with agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet KPIs while continuously monitoring performance metrics such as engagement rates, sales conversions, and ROI. - Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans for assigned brands by aligning communication strategies with brand positioning and target audience needs.
- Plan, manage, and execute ATL (Above The Line), digital, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) campaigns across all relevant channels to maximise brand visibility.
- Monitor brand performance using data analytics and market insights to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
- Lead the planning and execution of KOL and influencer campaigns for multiple brands while supporting additional campaigns in line with broader objectives.
- Create detailed campaign direction documents, briefs, and content strategies to guide agencies towards strong execution quality and KPI achievement.
- Track engagement metrics such as reach, ROI, sales traffic, conversion rates; optimise campaign performance by applying learnings across future initiatives.
- Oversee brand presence on key e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop; ensure consistent branding and optimised content delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain) as well as external partners to facilitate smooth campaign execution.
- Conduct thorough market research including competitor analysis on pricing, promotions, communication strategies; gather consumer insights from various sources.
- Manage budget tracking processes efficiently while ensuring timely reporting of campaign performance and marketing activities.
What you bring:
To excel as a Senior Brand Executive Fast Moving Consumer Goods in Malaysia you should bring substantial experience from the FMCG or healthcare industries ideally three to five years where you have successfully managed brands through strategic planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns. Your academic background should include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields which equips you with foundational knowledge needed for this role. Your interpersonal skills must be outstanding; fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia ensures effective communication across diverse teams. - Demonstrated expertise in planning and managing KOL (Key Opinion Leader) campaigns alongside digital marketing initiatives is preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles coupled with strategic marketing acumen is essential.
