A global fashion brand is hiring a Marketplace Key Account Manager in Kuala Lumpur. This opportunity allows you to drive marketplace growth across key e-commerce platforms, manage strategic partnerships, optimise sales performance, and execute commercial initiatives. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values data-driven decision-making, while contributing to the brand’s continued expansion across regional and international markets.

What you'll do:

  • Take ownership of direct-to-consumer e-commerce marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns align with business priorities and deliver strong, measurable performance.
  • Manage and scale paid acquisition budgets of over $250k per month on Meta platforms, optimising spend to maximise ROI while maintaining clear reporting and accountability.
  • Launch and expand brands across multiple international markets, adapting strategies to suit different audiences and regional dynamics.
  • Provide clear, structured briefs and direction to creative and marketing teams, encouraging collaboration and high-quality output.
  • Operate in a KPI-driven environment with regular performance reviews to ensure targets are consistently tracked and met.
  • Translate data and analytical insights into actionable growth strategies that strengthen commercial performance and marketplace presence.
  • Oversee large-scale creative production and testing initiatives, ensuring efficient workflows and effective outcomes.
  • Use platforms such as Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, or Northbeam to enhance operational efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Apply your understanding of apparel, fashion, menswear, or factory-direct consumer brands to inform strategic decision-making.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct-to-consumer e-commerce marketing, with ownership of marketing P&L responsibilities.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing paid acquisition budgets exceeding $250k per month on Meta platforms, with proven scaling results.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and growing brands across multiple international markets, ideally including the UK.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear briefs and guide creative and marketing teams effectively.
  • Comfortable operating in KPI-driven environments with regular performance tracking and accountability.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to convert data insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale creative production and testing programmes while maintaining efficiency and quality.
  • Proven ability to hire, onboard, and develop high-performing teams through structured and supportive leadership.
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, or Northbeam is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in apparel, fashion, menswear, or factory-direct consumer brands is beneficial.
