* You will benefit from a workplace that values flexibility, professional development, and supportive leadership—empowering you to grow your skills and advance your career.

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating complex marketing projects that span both digital and traditional channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve steering multiple initiatives simultaneously—from launching new stores to rolling out omni-channel campaigns—while maintaining strict oversight of budgets and timelines. You will collaborate extensively with internal teams such as Customer Service, Commercial, Owned Media Lead, CRM & Loyalty as well as external vendors and creative agencies. By monitoring KPIs closely and reporting on outcomes, you will ensure every project delivers clear value for customers while supporting commercial objectives. Your ability to align local activities with global standards will be crucial in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. Success in this role hinges on your capacity for empathetic stakeholder management, meticulous financial oversight, effective resource allocation among teams, and nurturing relationships with creative partners—all within an environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.

* Lead and execute marketing projects from initial planning through to final delivery, ensuring all milestones are achieved within budget and according to key performance indicators.
* Plan, implement, and monitor multiple projects efficiently by establishing clear goals, managing budgets meticulously, and securing critical timeline milestones.
* Manage specialised projects including store openings or closures, omni-channel initiatives, and global trial implementations with attention to detail and strategic alignment.
* Approve briefs and project scopes to guarantee that each project aligns with broader strategic objectives and meets initial expectations set by stakeholders.
* Establish, monitor, and report on project KPIs to demonstrate measurable impact on customer value as well as commercial results.
* Oversee project budgets by verifying invoices and assuming full financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams by aligning members toward shared goals; partner across departments to prioritise tasks and allocate resources effectively.
* Ensure local activations are consistent with global guidelines by collaborating closely with the global CRM & Loyalty team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for Customer Service and store teams to support operations and resolve daily issues promptly.
* Source, select, and manage external creative partners and agencies; oversee contracts and agency workflows to ensure quality project delivery.

What you bring:

Your extensive background in marketing or communications equips you perfectly for the Marketing Manager role. With over seven years of hands-on project management experience under your belt—spanning both digital media campaigns and traditional retail initiatives—you bring a wealth of knowledge that enables you to navigate complex challenges smoothly. You have demonstrated leadership capabilities through successfully guiding cross-functional teams toward communal objectives. Your fluency in English alongside local languages allows you to connect effortlessly across departments. Experience managing large agencies gives you confidence when overseeing creative partnerships; meanwhile your familiarity with global systematic rollouts means you understand how to maintain consistency while adapting locally. Above all else, your commitment to delivering customer-centric outcomes makes you an invaluable asset who thrives in environments where collaboration is key.

* A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is required for this position.
* At least 7 years of proven project management experience within marketing or communications is essential for success in this role.
* Demonstrated track record of managing projects across both digital platforms and traditional channels is highly valued.
