Campaign Manager (12 Months Contract)
This role offers you the opportunity to own and manage the full lifecycle of card marketing campaigns, from strategy and ideation through execution, measurement, and optimisation. You will play a pivotal part in driving customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and spend growth across a diverse cards portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Brand, Contact Centre, and Agencies.
What you'll do:
As a Campaign Manager in this renowned financial services organisation based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of orchestrating impactful card marketing campaigns from inception through completion. Your day-to-day activities will involve :
- Own and manage the complete lifecycle of credit card marketing campaigns including acquisition, activation, spend-lift, and retention initiatives to maximise customer engagement.
- Design targeted campaigns utilising customer segmentation techniques, behavioural insights, and performance analytics to ensure relevance and impact.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across email, digital platforms, in-app notifications, web content, social media outreach, direct mailings, and partner collaborations.
- Partner with Product Management, Data & Analytics teams, Compliance specialists, Legal advisors, Brand managers, Contact Centre staff, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Define clear campaign objectives alongside success metrics; establish control groups and test-and-learn frameworks to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track campaign performance rigorously by analysing data; provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation based on results.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere strictly to brand guidelines as well as regulatory requirements and risk controls for compliance.
- Manage campaign timelines efficiently by coordinating dependencies and maintaining transparent stakeholder communications throughout each project phase.
- Document campaign learnings comprehensively; capture best practices and create reusable artefacts for scaling successful strategies across the portfolio.
