What you'll do:

As a Legal Associate, you will immerse yourself in the firm’s corporate commercial practice, engaging directly with clients on significant transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and share-related matters :

• Draft, review, and provide insightful advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements to help clients achieve their business objectives.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare well-reasoned legal opinions that address complex issues in corporate law.
• Lead comprehensive due diligence exercises for M&A transactions, ensuring all relevant details are meticulously examined and reported.
• Manage and execute share-related M&A transactions from inception to completion, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver seamless outcomes.
• Work closely with clients to understand their commercial goals and deliver strategic legal solutions tailored to their unique needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the practice to share knowledge, support each other’s work, and maintain high standards of service.
• Take ownership of projects by independently handling corporate matters while maintaining open communication with the team.

• Minimum 3-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial practice is essential for handling sophisticated legal matters.
• Ability to work independently on corporate transactions—especially those involving shares—while remaining responsive within a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic setting where priorities shift quickly; adaptability is key for meeting client needs effectively.
