Regional Recruitment Manager, Healthcare Client

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage a team of recruiters across Southeast Asia. The role involves overseeing recruitment activities, driving team performance, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a regional team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and delivery of recruitment objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies.
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices within the healthcare industry to drive innovative recruitment solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing regional recruitment teams, ideally within the healthcare industry or related sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• A strategic mindset with hands-on experience in delivering recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with RPO models is a plus but not mandatory.
