What you'll do:

As a Payroll Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be entrusted with overseeing the entire payroll cycle for a large workforce. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing sensitive data with care, collaborating across departments to ensure accuracy in all aspects of payroll administration, and responding thoughtfully to employee enquiries. * Ensure all statutory deductions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, tax submissions, and other regulatory requirements are processed correctly and on time.
* Maintain meticulous records of payroll transactions in accordance with internal policies and audit standards.
* Support the implementation of new payroll systems or upgrades by participating in testing phases, providing feedback, and assisting with staff training.
* Stay informed about changes in employment law or statutory regulations affecting payroll processes, proactively updating procedures as necessary.
* Assist with year-end activities including preparation of EA forms, annual reconciliations, and audits related to payroll functions.
