What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager or Senior Manager based in MNC Manufacturing environment, you will play an integral part in shaping the people strategy for your site. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with senior leaders to ensure that HR initiatives are not only aligned with business objectives but also foster an environment where every individual feels supported. You will be responsible for coaching managers through complex people issues—ranging from performance management to organisational change—while ensuring fairness and consistency in all interactions. - Provide comprehensive HR leadership across areas such as competency development, succession planning, talent management, talent acquisition, labour relations, employment law compliance, employee relations, employee engagement, change management, and process improvement.
- Coach and consult with managers on matters affecting morale, performance, development, and overall organisational effectiveness by identifying root causes and recommending thoughtful solutions.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies by guiding client groups towards equal and fair treatment for all employees while maintaining adherence to established procedures.
- Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to address specific requirements of client groups by leveraging knowledge of key business drivers in all human capital decisions.
- Present, train, and facilitate workforce development programmes that enhance skills across the organisation while supporting communication around performance management tools and compensation programmes.
- Lead change management initiatives alongside client group leaders to address challenges that improve overall performance and build organisational capability.
- Conduct thorough investigations into complaints or concerns that may have legal implications by assessing severity, involving appropriate stakeholders, and facilitating actions based on policy.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes by ensuring effective utilisation of available tools and promoting best practices throughout the organisation.
