Learner Excellence Associate (1 Year Contract)
A leading global consulting organisation is seeking a Learner Excellence Associate to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional learning experiences for their teams. This position offers you the opportunity to be at the heart of high-impact learning programmes, ensuring every aspect of the learner journey is seamless and meticulously executed. You will work closely with colleagues across regions, gaining exposure to L&D practices and contributing to organisational success.
As a Learner Excellence Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities includes :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for learners across multiple programmes, providing responsive support and fostering positive engagement throughout their journey.
- Ensure each learner’s experience is smooth and consistent by managing onboarding processes, monitoring participation, and proactively addressing any gaps or concerns.
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programmes with meticulous attention to schedules, logistics, materials, and communications.
- Maintain comprehensive programme records by tracking attendance, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance data is accurate and up-to-date at all times.
- Conduct regular quality checks on all programme components—including invitations, attendance tracking, materials distribution, and reporting—to guarantee alignment with organisational standards.
- Track learner progress by monitoring completion rates and assessment outcomes while validating data integrity across various systems, reports, and dashboards.
- Analyse feedback and engagement data to generate actionable insights that inform improvements in programme delivery and learner satisfaction.
- Prepare clear, structured reports for stakeholders with minimal errors by synthesising complex information into accessible formats.
- Collect nuanced learner feedback to identify trends and areas for enhancement within the learning experience.
- Collaborate closely with consulting teams, HR partners, facilitators, and global L&D colleagues to ensure effective communication, timely updates, and proactive risk management.
To excel as a Learner Excellence Associate you will bring proven experience coordinating learning initiatives or HR operations within demanding settings where precision matters. Your background may include :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Education, Psychology or a related discipline is required for this position.
- You have 1–3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development operations, HR coordination or training support roles where accuracy was paramount.
- Experience working within professional services or high-performance environments is highly regarded as it demonstrates your adaptability and resilience.
- Your exceptional attention to detail ensures error-free execution across all tasks—from scheduling sessions to preparing stakeholder reports.
- Strong organisational skills enable you to manage multiple priorities efficiently without compromising on quality or deadlines.
- An analytical mindset allows you to interpret data accurately while validating information across different platforms for consistency.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills help you provide timely updates to learners and stakeholders alike.
- You demonstrate a proactive approach towards problem-solving by taking ownership of issues until they are resolved satisfactorily.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone or SuccessFactors would be advantageous but not essential for success in this role.
- Experience supporting virtual or hybrid learning environments adds value by showcasing your flexibility in adapting to new technologies.
