Head, Talent & Culture (SEA)

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to head the Talent & Culture function for Southeast Asia within a fast-growing, internationally integrated professional services environment. This role will lead end-to-end people strategy and operations while driving the transformation of the function into a strategic, data-driven business partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering
  Partner with regional leadership to align people strategy with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness
• Talent Management
  Oversee the full talent lifecycle – workforce planning, hiring, development, performance management, and retention
• Organizational Development & L&D
  Drive leadership development and learning initiatives to build a high-performance, growth-oriented culture
• HR Transformation & Digitalization
  Lead transformation initiatives including HR systems rollout, data-driven decision-making, and new talent capabilities
• HR Operations & Compliance
  Ensure effective HR operations, governance, and compliance across multiple Southeast Asia markets
• Leadership & Team Management
  Build and lead a high-performing regional HR team and strengthen the HRBP model

Requirements

• Min.10+ years of HR experience, including senior leadership roles
• Proven track record managing regional or multi-country HR functions
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in HR transformation and change management
• Background in professional services or fast-paced, international environments is an advantage
• Regional experience across Southeast Asia highly preferred
