Head, HR
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Head, Human Resources to lead and elevate our people strategy. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping a high-performance culture, driving organisational transformation, and aligning HR initiatives with business growth.
You will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to build a future-ready organisation, delivering impactful HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned to business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people-related matters
- Drive HR and business transformation initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness
Organisational Development & Talent Management
- Build robust talent pipelines, succession plans, and leadership development programmes
- Lead performance management frameworks, KPI alignment, and appraisal cycles
- Coach leaders and teams to enhance performance, engagement, and decision-making
People & Culture
- Champion a strong, values-driven, and high-performance culture
- Develop innovative employee engagement and retention strategies
- Ensure effective communication across the organisation, strengthening employer brand
Compensation & Rewards
- Lead annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and compensation analytics
- Design competitive and performance-driven reward structures
HR Operations & Governance
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle (hiring to exit)
- Review and enhance HR policies, SOPs, and workflows
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, governance, and internal audit requirements
Analytics & Insights
- Monitor and interpret key HR metrics (engagement, attrition, productivity)
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
Industrial Relations
- Represent the organisation in employee relations matters and disputes
- Stay updated on labour laws and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related (Master’s / MBA is an advantage)
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years leading HR teams
- Strong background across HR strategy, talent management, performance, rewards, and HR transformation
- Proven experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Data-driven and commercially savvy
- Resilient, agile, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- High integrity with strong ownership mindset
