We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Head, Human Resources to lead and elevate our people strategy. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping a high-performance culture, driving organisational transformation, and aligning HR initiatives with business growth.

You will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to build a future-ready organisation, delivering impactful HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned to business goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people-related matters
  • Drive HR and business transformation initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness

Organisational Development & Talent Management

  • Build robust talent pipelines, succession plans, and leadership development programmes
  • Lead performance management frameworks, KPI alignment, and appraisal cycles
  • Coach leaders and teams to enhance performance, engagement, and decision-making

People & Culture

  • Champion a strong, values-driven, and high-performance culture
  • Develop innovative employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Ensure effective communication across the organisation, strengthening employer brand

Compensation & Rewards

  • Lead annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and compensation analytics
  • Design competitive and performance-driven reward structures

HR Operations & Governance

  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle (hiring to exit)
  • Review and enhance HR policies, SOPs, and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, governance, and internal audit requirements

Analytics & Insights

  • Monitor and interpret key HR metrics (engagement, attrition, productivity)
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions

Industrial Relations

  • Represent the organisation in employee relations matters and disputes
  • Stay updated on labour laws and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related (Master’s / MBA is an advantage)
  • 10+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years leading HR teams
  • Strong background across HR strategy, talent management, performance, rewards, and HR transformation
  • Proven experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven and commercially savvy
  • Resilient, agile, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • High integrity with strong ownership mindset
