This established Group is in search of energetic, vibrant and multi-skilled individuals who are able to meet the ever-changing challenges and contribute towards the growth of the Group.

About Head,HR Role:


Reporting to the COO/CHRO, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive employee experience. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in HR operations, leadership, and a commitment to driving organizational success through effective human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and inspire the HR Operations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that aligns with organizational values.

Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, data management, compliance, and benefits administration.

    • Ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and follows best practices in HR processes.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices and policies are in compliance.
    • Act as a point of contact for complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution and collaborate with HR Business Partners to address organizational challenges and improve employee satisfaction

To succeed in this Head, HR role, you must have prior experience in HR services.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in HR
  • At least 10 years' experience in an HR services function with minimum of five years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, with a focus on HR operations. Candidates who are equipped with industrial relations work experience will be viewed favorably
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
