What you'll do:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with organisational goals and supports employee wellbeing across all levels.
* Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of compensation structures, benefits offerings, recognition initiatives, and incentive plans.
* Conduct regular benchmarking against industry standards to ensure competitiveness in all aspects of rewards while maintaining internal equity.
* Collaborate closely with HR partners, business leaders, and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of reward programmes into broader people strategies.
* Oversee the administration of benefits programmes including health, wellness, retirement plans, and other perks to maximise employee engagement.
* Monitor regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits policies to ensure compliance with local laws and global standards.
* Provide expert guidance on complex reward matters such as executive compensation, expatriate packages, and non-monetary recognition schemes.
