What you'll do:
As Head of Rewards and Human Resources Analytics you will play an instrumental role in developing forward-thinking strategies that underpin organisational success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with senior stakeholders to align total rewards policies with evolving business objectives while ensuring these frameworks remain competitive within the market. You will oversee complex annual reward cycles from end-to-end—balancing resource efficiency with recognition of high performance—and lead efforts in market benchmarking to inform equitable pay practices. By establishing robust HR analytics capabilities across the group you will empower leaders with clear insights for informed decision-making. Your ability to build strong partnerships both internally across diverse business units as well as externally with vendors will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes. - Lead the conceptualisation, design, review, and harmonisation of group-wide compensation, benefits, and incentive frameworks to optimise talent attraction and retention through effective total rewards solutions.
- Uphold the organisation’s reward philosophy by maintaining job architecture, grading structures, pay positioning strategies, performance-linked incentives, and robust governance standards.
- Oversee annual reward cycles at the group level—including budgeting, performance reviews, salary adjustments, and bonus distributions—ensuring consistency and fairness in practice.
- Conduct market benchmarking studies, job evaluations, and pay equity analyses to maintain competitive advantage while ensuring internal equity and regulatory compliance.
- Design, review, optimise, and enhance benefit programmes by considering workforce demographics, industry trends, cost sustainability, and financial readiness.
- Partner closely with Finance on reward cost modelling, forecasting scenarios, and supporting strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure value for money and quality outcomes in all aspects of total rewards delivery.
- Establish and lead the adoption of a comprehensive HR analytics framework that supports strategic workforce decisions through insightful dashboards and executive-level reporting.
- Drive data governance initiatives to ensure quality and consistency across the Group HR Management System while advancing analytics maturity through automation and system integration.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on all matters related to rewards and HR analytics while building capability across teams through guidelines, training sessions, coaching support, and change management interventions.

To excel as Head of Rewards and Human Resources Analytics you will bring extensive experience leading total rewards initiatives within large-scale or multi-entity environments. Your background should reflect deep knowledge of compensation design principles alongside hands-on involvement in benefits optimisation projects. You are adept at synthesising complex datasets into clear recommendations that guide executive decision-making—leveraging your analytical skills alongside proficiency in relevant technology platforms. Your interpersonal strengths enable you to collaborate seamlessly across departments while building trust among colleagues at all levels. A keen understanding of how human behaviour influences change management processes will help you drive successful adoption of new frameworks or systems. - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Statistics or a related field; additional certification in Compensation & Benefits is highly advantageous.
- At least 10-15 years’ experience in Total Rewards or HR Analytics roles within progressive organisations—ideally with multi-business or group-level exposure.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing compensation frameworks including job evaluation methodologies, benefits programme development, incentive plan structuring, and pay equity analysis.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights using advanced analytics tools; experience developing dashboards or executive reports is highly valued.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills enabling you to present strategic content effectively across various channels to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills; able to build credibility quickly with stakeholders from different backgrounds while fostering teamwork.
- Resourceful mindset combined with a positive attitude towards problem-solving; comfortable navigating ambiguity or situations lacking established processes.
- Business acumen allowing you to integrate organisational goals with HR strategies; adept at balancing long-term vision with practical implementation steps for stakeholder buy-in.
- Experience managing vendor relationships for outsourced services or technology platforms related to rewards or analytics functions.
