- Support the General Manager and Board of Directors in coordinating and executing assigned business and operational projects that contribute to organisational transformation.
- Monitor project timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of management instructions and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate smooth implementation of business activities across multiple functions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project updates for review by senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking business performance metrics, operational KPIs, and progress of ongoing initiatives to inform decision-making processes.
- Support digitalisation efforts, AI adoption, and process improvement initiatives throughout the organisation to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
