- Lead the design and administration of incentive schemes for the sales force, ensuring alignment with country leadership and head office directives.
- Drive sales force effectiveness by overseeing portfolio prioritisation, field force sizing, territory design, resource allocation, and quarterly target setting to maximise productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to orchestrate profiling, segmentation, and targeting activities that support strategic commercial objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators for the sales force, partnering with the training department to embed coaching plans and vital capabilities.
- Champion omni-channel customer engagement strategies by integrating digital and field approaches for seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Manage CRM systems such as Veeva or SaneForce to enable integrated campaigns, ensure sales alignment, and enhance healthcare professional engagement.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and consistent delivery of best practices.
- Deliver regular updates to leadership on frontline effectiveness, sharing insights on best practices and commercial outcomes to inform decision-making.
- Maintain strict compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, data privacy standards, and internal policies across all operations and communications.
- Lead business analytics efforts by analysing commercial data, preparing performance reports, tracking KPIs, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and providing actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

- Proven experience engaging regional stakeholders as well as exposure to market access initiatives and tender management processes is considered an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills—both spoken and written English—are essential for effective stakeholder management across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional teams or projects with strong social skills that foster collaboration among colleagues from different backgrounds.
- A results-oriented mindset complemented by entrepreneurial thinking; you are comfortable working independently while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Hands-on experience managing CRM systems (such as Veeva or SaneForce) is required for success in this position.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel & PowerPoint), including advanced data modelling/simulation skills using tools like Power BI.
- Outstanding analytical abilities paired with creative problem-solving skills enable you to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
