What you'll do:
As a Key Account Executive – Women's Health and Fertility based in Petaling Jaya, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with IVF centres, hospital fertility units, and key healthcare professionals throughout Klang Valley. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing tailored account plans that address the unique needs of each centre or unit while delivering scientific updates that empower healthcare providers. You will drive sales performance by executing structured field visits designed to generate demand and strengthen partnerships. Regular business reviews with key accounts will help you align objectives while monitoring competitor activity ensures you stay ahead in the market. Your analytical approach will enable you to identify growth opportunities through monthly sales data analysis. By collaborating closely with marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, supply chain, finance, and global teams, you will support new product launches and provide valuable field insights for campaign development. Compliance with regulatory standards is paramount as you build trust through transparent communication. - Develop and nurture professional relationships with fertility specialists, embryologists, and obstetrics & gynaecology consultants to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Create comprehensive account plans tailored for IVF centres and hospital fertility units, ensuring seamless execution of strategies at each account level.
- Deliver scientific updates, product knowledge sessions, and evidence-based information to healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of the portfolio.
- Secure preferred brand status within private IVF centres and hospital fertility units by consistently demonstrating value and reliability.
- Drive sales performance across designated territories in Klang Valley by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through effective demand generation activities.
- Plan and execute structured field visits that generate demand, fulfil existing needs, and strengthen partnerships with key accounts.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with major accounts to align business objectives and ensure excellence in execution.
- Analyse monthly sales data to identify gaps in account or territory coverage as well as new growth opportunities for the portfolio.
- Prepare and present Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs) to internal management teams for transparent reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor competitor activities including pricing strategies, promotions, and new product launches within the IVF and women’s health sector.
What you bring:
Your proven experience as a Key Account Executive – Women's Health and Fertility will be evident through your academic background in life sciences or related fields combined with hands-on expertise in pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare sales. - Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or related discipline is required for this role.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or key account management within pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare sectors is essential.
- Proven track record managing key accounts such as hospitals, distributors or pharmacy chains is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional negotiation skills combined with strong communication abilities enable you to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
