- Drive the promotion of products within the Pain and Cardiovascular portfolios by executing brand strategies aligned with marketing and medical plans.
- Ensure accurate and compliant communication of product information to healthcare professionals while maintaining ethical promotion practices.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for your assigned territory by developing and implementing comprehensive business plans.
- Identify growth opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and key accounts through market intelligence gathering and strategic planning.
- Monitor competitor activity in Pain and Cardiovascular markets, providing valuable feedback to marketing and medical teams to support forecasting and business planning.
- Build strong relationships with cardiologists, pain specialists, pharmacists, and key decision-makers by managing key accounts and strategic hospital partnerships.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of medical representatives through regular field coaching sessions, performance reviews, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Ensure all activities comply with industry codes, regulations, company SOPs, ethical promotion practices, pharmacovigilance compliance, accurate reporting, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Key Accounts, and Business Excellence teams to build a sustainable business within the therapeutic area.
