  • Achieve assigned sales targets by developing strategic plans and executing effective sales activities tailored to the needs of each territory.
  • Plan and implement promotional initiatives designed to increase product visibility and penetrate new markets within the government and private sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities by actively pursuing leads and expanding the customer base throughout Klang Valley, Perlis, Kedah, and Pulau Pinang.
  • Monitor sales performance in designated areas to ensure optimal market coverage and efficient distribution of speciality care products.
  • Track industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities; provide actionable feedback to management for informed decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, customer visits, pipeline status, and market updates in a timely manner for internal review.
  • Assist in organising company representation at events such as conferences, continuous medical education (CME) sessions, and seminars to enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to foster strong relationships that support ongoing business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies while maintaining high standards of professionalism during interactions with clients and stakeholders.

What you bring:

To excel as a Product Specialist – Speciality Care, you will bring proven academic credentials combined with either direct experience or genuine enthusiasm for pharmaceutical sales. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to connect meaningfully with healthcare professionals while your organisational abilities ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns. A willingness to travel extensively is essential given the broad area coverage required by this role. You should be adept at preparing clear reports that inform management decisions while also being comfortable presenting complex information in an accessible manner during meetings or events. Your commitment to continuous improvement—whether through formal training or on-the-job learning—will set you apart as someone who is dependable and eager to contribute positively within a collaborative team setting.

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Healthcare or any related field which demonstrates your foundational understanding of the industry.
  • Ideally bring at least one year of experience in pharmaceutical sales or have worked closely with healthcare professionals; oncology medical sales experience is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Fresh graduates who are passionate about healthcare or pharmaceuticals are encouraged to apply as enthusiasm for learning is valued alongside experience.
  • Demonstrate maturity by being target-oriented yet able to remain self-motivated while working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required.

  • Be comfortable travelling regularly within Klang Valley as well as northern states such as Perlis, Kedah, and Pulau Pinang to meet client needs efficiently.

  • Maintain high levels of professionalism when interacting with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
