  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Clinical, and Technical departments to deliver comprehensive solutions that align with customer requirements and organisational objectives.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities by researching new markets, product segments, and customer groups to drive sustainable growth within the region.
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, and company-organised events to enhance client engagement, strengthen market presence, and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities diligently to provide valuable insights that inform strategic planning and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support service offerings by managing service contracts and tenders efficiently, ensuring all submissions are timely, accurate, and professionally presented.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, tracking progress against targets while highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective engagement with diverse client groups throughout the territory.

  • Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territories using own transport is necessary for maintaining strong client connections.
