What you'll do:
As a Product Specialist Central Nervous System based in Petaling Jaya, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance across your assigned territory. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve educating healthcare professionals about CNS products through interactive presentations and detailed discussions. You will actively organise educational events like CMEs and RTDs to foster communal learning experiences. Building dependable relationships with key stakeholders is essential; you will serve as their trusted point of contact for all product-related queries. By identifying influential Key Opinion Leaders and following up on new leads, you will help expand the reach of CNS therapies. Success in this role requires diligent reporting practices aligned with company policies as well as compliance with local regulatory standards. - Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by implementing effective strategies that drive product adoption and market share growth.
- Educate healthcare providers in both public and private sectors about CNS products through engaging presentations using detailing aids, PowerPoint slides, videos, and other materials.
- Organise and participate in marketing activities such as Continuing Medical Education (CME), Roundtable Discussions (RTD), workshops, seminars, conferences, booth exhibitions, ensuring impactful engagement with stakeholders.
- Conduct a minimum of six CMEs and two RTDs per quarter to enhance product awareness and foster collaborative learning among healthcare professionals.
- Provide timely feedback, insights, and recommendations on market trends and competitor intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with healthcare providers by acting as their primary point of contact for accurate information and support.
- Identify and nurture Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the territory to increase brand presence, product endorsement, and usage.
- Follow up on new leads within the assigned territory to expand reach and strengthen network connections.
- Achieve daily call rates of at least eight calls per day while meeting specific visit requirements for specialists, medical officers, purchasers, and pharmacists according to customer categories.
- Submit required reports such as Pre-Call Plans, Post-Call Reports, Territory Analysis, Action Plans, Sales Forecasts, Monthly Sales Reports, and Meeting Decks promptly.
