What you'll do:
As a Key Account Manager Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy based in Petaling Jaya, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of advanced acute therapies across hospitals in the Central and East Coast regions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building strong relationships with ICU teams, nephrologists, critical care physicians, nursing staff, and hospital procurement professionals. - Achieve assigned sales quotas through direct engagement with hospitals, focusing on the delivery of Acute Therapies products and services within ICU and critical care environments.
- Prioritise selling activities by effectively managing accounts and territories, identifying key decision-makers and influencers within hospital procurement processes.
- Engage both existing and prospective customers to understand their clinical and operational needs, providing tailored solutions that address specific requirements in acute therapies.
- Apply strong clinical knowledge to differentiate the organisation’s portfolio from competitors by addressing clinical questions, operational concerns, and therapy-specific needs.
- Provide technical, clinical, and administrative demonstrations to ICU teams, nephrologists, critical care physicians, and nursing staff to support product adoption.
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource for acute care teams and hospital stakeholders, offering guidance on therapy administration and best practices.
- Monitor sales performance against forecasts while providing insights into market potential across the assigned territory to inform business growth strategies.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities within ICU, critical care, renal replacement, and acute care settings by engaging stakeholders and promoting solution-based selling.
- Build credibility and trust with hospital stakeholders through consistent value-adding interactions that enhance customer satisfaction and therapy continuity.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Clinical Education, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and participate in major marketing initiatives such as symposiums, exhibitions, workshops, and promotional campaigns.

- Experience with hospital tender management processes is considered an added advantage for candidates seeking this position.
