As part of a highly collaborative and supportive team, you will be empowered to drive impactful marketing strategies that elevate product performance and strengthen brand presence in the consumer health sector.

What you'll do:

As Brand Manager – Fertility (Consumer Health), you will be entrusted with driving the strategic direction of the fertility portfolio by designing robust marketing plans that support business objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve orchestrating integrated campaigns across multiple channels to enhance product visibility while delivering initiatives that reinforce brand equity. You will develop engaging content for PR events and media platforms to position products at the forefront of industry conversations. By conducting detailed market research and analysing sales data, you will provide valuable insights that guide decision-making processes. Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals is central to your role; you will champion stakeholder engagement strategies that accelerate market access. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including regulatory affairs, supply chain management, commercial excellence units, finance departments, and medical affairs—you will ensure operational efficiency throughout all marketing activities. Additionally, you will manage portfolio planning by overseeing forecasting accuracy, inventory monitoring, new product launches, and lifecycle strategies designed to maximise sustainable access for patients. Success in this role requires agility in adapting plans to changing healthcare dynamics while maintaining a commitment to excellence in every initiative.

  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans that align with business objectives and support portfolio growth.
  • Drive integrated campaigns, promotional activities, and visibility across key channels to ensure a balanced marketing mix that achieves sales targets.
  • Deliver initiatives that strengthen brand equity while monitoring product performance, market trends, and competitor activity to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop compelling content for public relations, conferences, and media engagement to position the brand at the forefront of the industry.
  • Ensure accountability for brand sales, market share achievements, and effective management of marketing expenditure.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities within the fertility segment.
  • Analyse sales data and market intelligence to highlight risks and opportunities, providing regular reports and presentations on product performance.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals through stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with multi-stakeholder groups including regulatory, supply chain, commercial excellence, finance, and medical affairs to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage portfolio planning, forecasting accuracy, inventory monitoring, new product launches, and lifecycle strategies to maximise sustainable product access.

What you bring:

To excel as Brand Manager – Fertility (Consumer Health), your background should reflect substantial experience in brand management or product marketing within pharmaceuticals or consumer health environments. You bring not only academic credentials—ideally a bachelor’s degree complemented by postgraduate studies—but also practical expertise gained from leading successful brand strategy initiatives. Your proven track record demonstrates your capacity for driving market expansion efforts while managing complex portfolios. You have honed your skills through managing cross-functional teams and engaging influential stakeholders such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Your commercial acumen enables you to oversee P&L responsibilities confidently while ensuring accurate forecasting throughout product lifecycles. Analytical prowess is essential; you are adept at interpreting market intelligence data to inform evidence-based decisions. Adaptability is one of your strengths—anticipating industry shifts allows you to refine strategies proactively. Communication comes naturally; whether presenting insights to senior leaders or collaborating across departments like sales or medical affairs. Technical proficiency rounds out your profile: mastery of Microsoft Office tools is expected while familiarity with digital platforms or AI technologies enhances your effectiveness further.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline is required; postgraduate qualification such as MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in brand management or product marketing within pharmaceuticals, FMCG or consumer healthcare sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading brand strategy development, market expansion initiatives and portfolio growth projects.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams as well as engaging senior stakeholders including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop long-term brand strategies supported by strong commercial acumen including P&L ownership, forecasting accuracy and lifecycle management expertise.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in leveraging market intelligence tools and interpreting sales data for evidence-based decision-making.
  • Ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies effectively within an evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills coupled with experience presenting to senior leadership teams or external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration across sales teams, medical affairs units, regulatory departments, supply chain functions and finance divisions.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with digital marketing platforms or emerging AI tools is an added advantage.
