- Oversee brand positioning efforts by conducting competitive intelligence gathering and analysing market insights to inform key business decisions.
- Coordinate closely with Corporate Health, Operations, Clinical Governance, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure messaging is cohesive and drives measurable revenue impact.
- Review promotional performance regularly using analytics tools, refining tactics to optimise results based on data-driven insights.
- Contribute actively to achieving the overall Marketing Division’s revenue KPIs by implementing high-impact campaigns with clear conversion metrics.
- Strengthen the organisation’s digital presence through continuous optimisation of campaigns, aiming for consistent month-on-month performance growth.
- Drive lead generation by achieving a minimum 10% month-on-month increase in qualified leads funnelled to clinics across all branches.
- Ensure all communications maintain 100% compliance and accuracy standards to protect brand integrity and prevent errors.
- Track social media posting schedules meticulously, ensuring posts are executed according to calendar deadlines across all platforms.
