• Oversee all aspects of quality management including supplier quality, customer quality, green programmes, and internal quality systems across multiple international locations.
• Lead, manage, and develop a global QA team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees while promoting inter-personal collaboration.
• Create an all-inclusive customer-centric corporate quality strategy that raises the brand profile and supports fast growth and market expansion.
• Define and drive cross-functional implementation plans for quality initiatives that align with organisational goals.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, methods, and procedures in contract manufacturing factories throughout the product life cycle to ensure consistent product excellence.
• Coordinate internal efforts to position the organisation as a trusted supplier to tier 1 automotive customers by instilling an automotive-level quality culture.
• Directly oversee implementation of quality systems and certification activities while maintaining compliance with government requirements across all functions.
• Implement effective in-process and post-process product inspection standards (including ORT) to guarantee product reliability.
• Devise evaluation tests, methods, and procedures for finished products to ensure they meet rigorous disposition standards.
• Collaborate with other departments on product quality matters related to new product development, engineering designs, manufacturing processes, and training methods.

• Five to ten years’ experience as a senior manager or director in QA roles ideally within the semiconductor sector.
• Familiarity with safety requirements and legal standards governing manufacturing operations.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO9001 standard as well as working familiarity with quality system requirements for automotive OEM products.
