What You’ll Do

As a Production Planning & Control Engineer, you will be at the heart of the manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless production processes and on-time delivery. Your key responsibilities include:

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet customer demand and business goals.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to optimize capacity utilization.
• Coordinate production priorities with Production, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.

Material Planning & Inventory Control

• Ensure material availability for uninterrupted production operations.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to address material shortages and inventory challenges.
• Monitor inventory levels, material consumption, and production output to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Production Monitoring & Performance

• Track production performance against established plans and identify deviations.
• Analyze production data to recommend corrective actions for improved efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports, KPIs, and performance analyses for management review.

Process Improvement

• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance production planning processes and manufacturing efficiency.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve productivity, quality, and resource utilization.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
• Facilitate new product introductions and engineering changes by coordinating production readiness activities.
