  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies to ensure timely reporting and remediation of compliance issues across the campus.
  • Drive operational improvements using six sigma methodologies to enhance yields, reduce inventory levels, lower costs, and support sustainable growth.
  • Lead initiatives focused on reducing working capital by implementing best practices in demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning within ERP systems, and process alignment across regions.
  • Execute long-term operational strategies that support global business objectives such as shipment goals, quality standards, and growth targets.
  • Manage capital expansion projects including site expansions, equipment investments, capacity planning to ensure supply chain resilience.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks including supply chain disruptions and threats to business continuity by developing robust contingency plans.
  • Guide the development of manufacturing process plans covering personnel requirements, material needs, subcontractor relationships, facility needs, tooling or equipment as the business grows.
