What You’ll Do

As an Operations Executive, you will be at the heart of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while promoting safety and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

Operations Coordination

• Oversee daily production, warehouse, and maintenance activities based on priorities set by management.
• Monitor production progress, workforce allocation, and operational performance, addressing deviations proactively.
• Manage warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory accuracy (cycle counts, stock discrepancy investigations), and dispatch activities.
• Collect and consolidate operational performance data for KPI reporting and decision-making support.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and company standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

People Management

• Supervise Team Leaders and frontline employees to ensure task execution and workforce availability.
• Coordinate manpower deployment, shift coverage, attendance tracking, and task assignments.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and training to employees while fostering a positive team environment focused on accountability and excellence.

EHS Leadership

• Act as the shop-floor focal point for EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) implementation, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Deliver safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and refresher courses for frontline employees.
• Conduct workplace inspections, behavioral safety observations, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.

What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking a proactive leader with strong organizational skills who thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse management, or operations environments.
• Previous experience supervising frontline employees (highly desirable).
• Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with a good command of English.
• Experience in industrial or chemical manufacturing environments (an advantage).
