What you'll do:

• Proven track record as an effective project manager who collaborates successfully with global manufacturing teams on complex initiatives.
• Familiarity with Design of Experiments (D.O.E.), Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), as well as structured New Product Introduction (NPI) release processes is highly desirable.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments is considered an advantage for this role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• Advanced software proficiency including MS Office Suite, Excel, mechanical CAD platforms such as SolidWorks is preferred; statistical analysis experience is required.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 5% as part of project management responsibilities.
