What you'll do:

As an IT Site Administrator based in Kuala Ketil, you’ll be the heartbeat of technology operations across several key locations. Your days will be filled with energising challenges—providing hands-on technical assistance to users at every level so their work never skips a beat. You’ll have the rewarding task of implementing new hardware or software solutions tailored to ever-changing business needs while vigilantly monitoring network health to prevent disruptions. By managing user accounts securely and efficiently, you’ll help protect sensitive information while empowering productivity.   • Take charge of all IT systems, networks, and user support across multiple Malaysian sites including Kuala Ketil, Batu Kawan, Port Klang, Rawang, Bangi, and Shah Alam—ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Deliver prompt level 1 and 2 technical support for system issues, IT equipment hiccups, networking challenges, and user queries to keep business operations flowing effortlessly.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network infrastructure to meet evolving organisational needs.
  • Manage user accounts by creating profiles, adjusting permissions, revoking access when needed—all while safeguarding company data through strict policy adherence.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on platforms such as DELL and HP; handle tech refreshes or replacements; keep printers/copiers and meeting room equipment in top shape.
  • Monitor network performance using tools like CISCO switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points; proactively address any connectivity or security concerns before they escalate.
  • Play an active part in rolling out enterprise-wide IT projects throughout Malaysia and provide valuable support to initiatives in Thailand and China offices.
  • Uphold global IT policies and standards at every turn while meticulously documenting processes and incidents for transparency and improvement.

  • Demonstrated expertise supporting Microsoft platforms such as MS Teams, Windows 10/11 environments, MS Intune operations for at least three years—ensuring seamless digital experiences for users.
  • Hands-on experience resolving hardware issues (computers/printers/meeting room equipment), performing tech refreshes or replacements over two years or more—keeping technology up-to-date.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools like Teamviewer Tensor is advantageous but not mandatory for success in this position—adding flexibility to your toolkit.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage customer/user expectations sensitively while delivering clear guidance or training where needed—building trust with every interaction.
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with effective problem-solving abilities developed through two or more years of relevant experience—helping you tackle challenges head-on.
