What you'll do:
As Project Manager in Kulim, you’ll be at the centre of an energetic team delivering automation solutions that make waves across multiple industries worldwide. - Take charge of the entire journey for automation and customised equipment projects—from initial concept through design, build phases, factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), all the way to final delivery.
- Work hand-in-hand with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure every technical detail is perfectly aligned throughout each project milestone.
- Keep projects on track by closely monitoring timelines, budgets, and progress so that every delivery meets or exceeds quality standards and customer expectations.
- Act as the go-to contact for customers and headquarters teams alike—ensuring open communication channels and quick resolution of any questions or challenges.
- Spot potential risks early on and introduce creative solutions to keep projects running smoothly without disruption.
- Support hands-on machine testing as well as installation and commissioning activities at client sites to guarantee seamless handover and operational excellence.
- Prepare thorough project reports and regular updates for both internal stakeholders and clients—keeping everyone informed every step of the way.
- Work closely with suppliers to coordinate procurement schedules, conduct quality checks, and secure timely delivery of essential components for each project.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are necessary for effective technical discussions with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while building positive relationships across functions is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving abilities combined with a detail-oriented approach enable you to anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions swiftly.
