What you'll do:

Your educational background provides a solid foundation for understanding complex technical concepts while your hands-on experience ensures you can navigate the nuances of product management seamlessly. You possess strong commercial awareness which enables you to develop effective pricing strategies and negotiate favourable outcomes for both the company and its clients. Your interpersonal skills allow you to build meaningful connections with customers, fostering trust and loyalty over time. In addition to your technical expertise, your ability to analyse data using tools like Excel—and ideally Power BI—will help you monitor performance metrics accurately. Familiarity with carrier tape design standards such as EIA 483 further enhances your suitability for this role.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or an equivalent field is required for this position.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in Product Management, Business Development or Technical Sales within the Electronics Component Packaging industry is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Tape & Reel packaging systems specifically for semiconductor backend testing applications is mandatory.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with proven expertise in pricing strategies, negotiation processes, and effective margin management is necessary.
• A track record of building rapport, establishing trust, and maintaining strong customer relationships over time is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required for success in customer-facing situations where understanding client needs is paramount.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders is important for this role.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel are required; familiarity with Power BI would be considered an added advantage.
• Regional travel experience is necessary due to the nature of customer engagement across different locations.
• Knowledge of carrier tape design compliant with EIA 483 standards would be beneficial but not essential.
