Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing detailed documentation for manufacturing readiness including jigs, fixtures, tools and coordinating engineering activities between local teams and international suppliers. You will continuously analyse current processes to pinpoint opportunities for greater efficiency or enhanced product quality. By investigating production challenges such as equipment failures or throughput bottlenecks collaboratively with other departments like quality control or R&D, you will help maintain high standards throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. Your meticulous record-keeping of process parameters and production metrics will inform regular reporting on performance indicators. Ultimately your efforts will drive continuous improvement initiatives that underpin the company’s ambitious growth plans while ensuring reliability across all systems.

  • Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes to support customer products for New Product Introduction projects while improving efficiency and yield for sustaining models.
