What You’ll Do

As the Technical Manager, you will oversee product, technical, and operational functions to ensure the success of the company’s vending machine solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end product development and technical improvements, including hardware, software integration, and performance optimization.
• Driving R&D initiatives to enhance machine functionality, user experience, reliability, and efficiency.
• Overseeing quality management to ensure machines meet performance standards and durability expectations.
• Collaborating with operations teams to ensure smooth deployment, installation, maintenance, and uptime of machines in the market.
• Analyzing field performance data and customer feedback to identify design improvements and technical enhancements.
• Managing technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long-term solutions for recurring field issues.
• Ensuring effective spare parts management, maintenance planning, and service support structures.
• Supporting market expansion initiatives by ensuring technical readiness and scalability of products.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a large team of technicians and field support staff across multiple locations.
• Building a strong technical service culture focused on responsiveness, accountability, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience managing large technical/technician teams in a field service or equipment-based industry.
• Strong exposure to product development, technical operations, or equipment lifecycle management.
• Experience in industries such as vending machines, FMCG equipment, automation systems, self-service kiosks, coffee machines, ATMs, or similar fields (highly preferred).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with hands-on exposure to field troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-growing business environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-site or regional technical teams.
• A balance between product innovation expertise and operational execution capabilities.
