• Proficient with Electrical system design, control systems and isntrumentation
• Organise project teams effectively by assigning clear responsibilities to supporting personnel, ensuring smooth execution of all work activities.
• Supervise site operations closely, arranging site works and coordinating daily activities at construction sites to maintain progress and safety.
• Monitor work progress meticulously, assisting sub-contractors in adhering to schedules while ensuring all tasks conform to detailed specifications.
• Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, and local authorities to facilitate seamless communication and address project requirements promptly.
• Conduct frequent meetings with sub-contractors and site staff to foster cooperation, resolve issues quickly, and maintain alignment on project goals.
• Carry out joint inspections alongside client or consultant representatives to verify compliance with technical standards and contractual obligations.
• Oversee all personnel functions related to sub-contractors and workers at the construction site, promoting positive morale and discipline throughout the team.
• Ensure effective coordination among all sub-contractors and site staff so that work proceeds efficiently without delays or conflicts.
• Maintain rigorous site safety and health standards at all times, championing best practices for workplace wellbeing across every phase of the project.
• Monitor delivery of construction materials carefully, verifying that quality, type, and dimensions meet specified requirements before acceptance.
