What You’ll Do
As the Technical Service Manager, Regional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product excellence. Your responsibilities include:
Technical Service
- Deliver technical and laboratory service support for both new solutions and existing products.
- Perform lab, field, and customer testing while collecting and interpreting data from trials.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster close collaboration within the technical community and work closely with the sales team to meet client needs.
- Mentor and develop new Technical Service team members on applications, testing methods, and best practices.
Stakeholder Management
- Drive initial commercialization activities by leveraging strong technical capabilities.
- Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams and external clients to enhance product understanding.
- Represent the company in internal meetings and customer interactions alongside the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a results-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 8 years of experience in technical service roles within the paint/coatings/building materials industry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data from lab and field trials effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders confidently.
- Leadership abilities to mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
