Contract Manager

Data centres are the backbone of modern technology, and we need a sharp commercial professional to help build them. We are partnering with a major contractor to find an experienced M&E Contracts Manager. You’ll be stepping into a leadership role focused on driving commercial strategies, mitigating risks, and managing high-value M&E packages.

What you will be doing:

• Spearheading cost-optimization initiatives and commercial risk management from project inception to handover.

• Drafting, negotiating, and administering complex M&E commercial agreements specifically tailored to large-scale data centre developments.

• Partnering alongside industry experts in one of the fastest-growing and highly resilient market segments.

Strict Requirement:

• M&E Expertise is Mandatory: To be successful in this role, you must have either a formal background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering OR possess strong, hands-on commercial experience specifically managing M&E contracts for large-scale builds. (Note: General civil/structural contract experience will not be suitable for this mandate).
